Responsibilities:
- Management a portfolio up to 160 properties.
- Work in family oriented team environment with full support
- Strong admin assistance for the Property Managers
- Work approx every 1 in 6 Saturdays with time in lieu offered
- Work from home option is available
Requirements:
- Agent Representative licence and current driver’s licence required
- Minimum 2 years experience as Property Manager
- Experience in PropertyME, IRE, and Inspection Express software
- Highly organised and task-oriented
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- PR/Citizen
Salary: $80k-100k Plus Super
