Property Manager

Responsibilities:

• Liaising with Landlords, Tenants and Suppliers
• Overseeing 120 portfolios with team support in routine inspections and trust accounts
• Scheduling and conduct ingoing and outgoing inspections only
• Undertake lease renewals and rent reviews
• Prepare lease contracts and condition reports
• Coordinate maintenance inquires as requested
• Stay up-to-date on regulations governing residential property management

Requirements:

• Agents Representative Certificate
• Minimum 12 months Property Management experience is preferred
• Work on Saturdays required only upon necessary
• A current Driver’s Licence and reliable car
• Chinese speaking skill is a bonus
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external parties
• Strong attention to details
• Experienced in using PropertyTree and Inspection Express
• Australian PR or Citizen
