Property Manager

Our client is a Real Estate Services company that provides a one-step total property solution exclusively for property owners. From purchase through to settlement, whether leasing or selling, the company allows a collaborative and comprehensive solution to give all their clients. They are now looking for a Property Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Managing 160 properties
• They will have support from a leasing agent and accounting support
• Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm
• Overseeing day-to-day property operations, liaising with tenants and landlords while working with a dedicated leasing agent and support team.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in property management
• Class 2 license is preferred or working towards achieving this
• Monday to Friday only
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
