Property Manager

Our client is a marketing leading agency within the area with an exceptional rental department. Trusted by local landlords and tenants, our client holds a phenomenal reputation and they are now looking for a Property Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Managing approx. 50-100 properties  with Admin and Leasing support
• Scheduling and completing routine inspections, final bond inspections & conditional reports
• Performing rental application reviews
• Communicate with Landlords and Tenants 
• Manage repairs and maintenance process
• Monthly Saturday shift may be required

Requirements:

• Have excellent communication skills and enjoy working as a team
• Strong attention to detail and customer-focused
• Great skills in using PropertyTree, Real Work and Snug
• Have excellent time management skills
• Agent representative certificate
• A minimum 1-2 years of property management experience
• Chinese speaking skill is desired
