Property Manager

Our client is a Real Estate Services company that provides a one-step total property solution exclusively for property owners. From purchase through to settlement, whether leasing or selling, the company allows a collaborative and comprehensive solution to give all their clients. They are now looking for a Property Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Managing approx.180 rental portfolios ( apartments)
• The company will provide admin, leasing and trust account support
• Overseeing rental arrears control
• Performing rental application reviews
• Help grow the rental roll
• Work from Monday – Friday, NO weekend work
• In house and external ongoing training is provided
• Internal promotion opportunities will be provided to the right person

Requirements:

• A valid Agent’s Representative Certificate
• Have a minimum 2 years of experience as a Property Manager
• Great skill in using PropertyMe system
• Great communication skills
• Australia Citizen
