Our client is a well-known Real Estate agency with a highly experienced and multilingual team of sales agents and real estate professionals in the southeastern suburb. They are looking for a Property Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Managing approx.165 portfolios with an Assistant support.
- Establish and maintain client database of prospective clients and key property management contacts.
- Organise photos, signboards, and advertisements for listings.
- Conduct open for inspections when requested
- All new managements to be entered into Property Management System , such as Landlords, Properties & Tenants‘ information.
- Oversee the establishment of the files for all new management listings obtained
- Obtain and provide all necessary properties and clients’ information for each new listing and provide it to the Team Leader
- Manage enquires from prospective tenants including conducting open for inspections, private appointments etc as required, ensuring relevant information is updated in IRE.
- Liaise with the landlord regarding your properties that are marketed and discuss with the owner applications that have been processed and presented.
- Arrange sign up appointments with the tenant and conduct sign up or use Docusign as appropriate.
- Prepare ongoing property condition reports, exit reports and routine inspections.
- Respond to all emails & phone messages by COB
- Attend all department meetings
- Attend all training sessions as directed by the Department Manager
- Follow all documented procedures required of this role.
- Fully participate in the creation of new procedures.
- Attend every Wednesday meeting from 8.30 am to 10.30 am
Requirements:
- Agent’s Representative Certificate and CPD are required
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Have a minimum 2 years of experience as a Property Manager
- Great skill in using PropertyMe system
- High-level organisation and time management skills,
- Exceptional interpersonal skill
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skill
- Ability to maintain quality of work without sacrificing detail and working to deadlines
- Have base knowledge of: Residential Tenancies Act, Anti-Discrimination Act, Privacy Act
- Adheres to company policies and procedures
- Chinese speaking skill is preferred
Salary: $65k-$90k plus super plus bonus
