Property Manager

Our client is a well-known real estate brand and located in Eastern Suburb in Melbourne. They are committed to offering the best outcome for the clients. They are now looking for an experienced Property Manager to join the team.

Day to day duties will include

• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Conducting open inspections, and performing incoming, outgoing and periodic inspections
• Managing around 100 rental portfolios or managing around 200 portfolios with team
• Marketing rental properties
• Overseeing rental arrears control
• Performing rental application reviews
• Help grow the rental roll
• Monday to Friday

To be considered, you will need: 

• Current Agent’s Representative Certificate
• Victorian Driver’s License and working car
• Have knowleage in Property Tree
• Be willing to learn and have good attitude
• Excellent communication skills, highly organised & strong attention to detail
• Have a minimum of 2 years experience as Property Manager
