Day to day duties will include:
- Maintain relationship with tenants and landlords
- Prepare Entry Condition Reports for new listings
- Arrange and conduct opening for inspection on a weekly basis
- Arrange and conduct a routine inspection as required
- Establish rental rate by surveying local rental rate, calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals
- Utilize marketing strategies to secure prospective residents
- Attract tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals from current tenants, explaining the advantages of location and services, showing units
- Maintain property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints
- Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Enforce occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators
- Other duties as assigned
To be considered, you will need:
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident Only
- Real Estate Agent’s licence Request
- Valid driver licence and a reliable car
- Accept flexible working hours, able to hold inspections on Saturday
- Proficient in Microsoft Software (Word\PPT\Excel…)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English and Mandarin)
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations in a positive manner
- Compliance management, great organisational skills with the ability to prioritize and work effectively
- 1 year’s previous experience with property manager role
Salary: $65k - $75k plus super
