Day to day duties will include:

  • Maintain relationship with tenants and landlords
  • Prepare Entry Condition Reports for new listings
  • Arrange and conduct opening for inspection on a weekly basis
  • Arrange and conduct a routine inspection as required
  • Establish rental rate by surveying local rental rate, calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals
  • Utilize marketing strategies to secure prospective residents
  • Attract tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals from current tenants, explaining the advantages of location and services, showing units
  • Maintain property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints
  • Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Enforce occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators
  • Other duties as assigned

To be considered, you will need: 

  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident Only
  • Real Estate Agent’s licence Request
  • Valid driver licence and a reliable car
  • Accept flexible working hours, able to hold inspections on Saturday
  • Proficient in Microsoft Software (Word\PPT\Excel…)
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English and Mandarin)
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations in a positive manner
  • Compliance management, great organisational skills with the ability to prioritize and work effectively 
  • 1 year’s previous experience with property manager role

Salary: $65k - $75k plus super
