Property Manager

Our client is Australasia’s leading real estate brand. They are now looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their team.

Day to day duties will include

• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Conducting open inspections, and performing incoming, outgoing and periodic inspections
• Managing 150 rental portfolios
• Marketing rental properties
• Overseeing rental arrears control
• Performing rental application reviews

To be considered, you will need: 

• Current Agent’s Representative Certificate
• Have a minimum of 2 years experience as Property Manager
• Experience with PropertyTree & Inspections Express (not required but preferred)
• Residential management experience is preferred
• Victorian Driver’s License and working car
• Able to work on a rostered Saturdays
• Strong organisation skills
• Works well within a diverse team
