Senior Property Manager

Our client is Australasia’s leading real estate brand. They aim to be the authority and information source for real estate in the City of Melbourne. They are now looking for a Property Manager with a customer-centric focus to service property owners, buyers and renters in Melbourne inner-city marketplace.

About the role:

• Manage approx 300 property portfolios with the team
• Build up strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Conduct ingoing, outgoing and periodic inspections
• Organise repairs and maintenance work orders
• Minimise and maintain rental arrears

The successful candidate:

• Agents Representative Certificate
• VCAT experience is highly desirable
• Solid experience in Property Tree is high desirable
• A valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Minimum 3-4 years of property management experiences
• Australian Citizen/PR
