Property Manager

Our client is a leading Real Estate company in Southeastern Suburb, as they pride themselves on being the difference between a good and a truly outstanding property outcome. They are now looking for a Property Manager to join their team.

The role:

• Liaise with tenants and landlords
• Deal with maintenance/repairs queries
• General leasing administration duties
• Routine inspections
• Provide quality, professional service at all times
• Bring in new rental leads
• Able to work on Saturdays
• Manage 150 – 180 properties

Skills and experience:

• Agents Representative Certificate
• Minimum 1-2 years experiences of Property Management
• Must have a strong & passionate desire for Property Management
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Excellent customer service and time management skills
• Enthusiastic and energetic with a desire to build a long-term career with us
• Hold a driver’s licence and have a reliable car
