Property Manager

Our client is a big-brand local real estate company which specialises in Sales and Property Management of homes. They are now looking for a Property Manager to join in their team.

Job description：

• Manage 130-180 properties portfolio
• Communication with both landlords and tenants accordingly
• Updating properties’ conditions and situations with the landlords
• Signing up lease agreements and handing over keys to the tenants
• Expected to work 1 in 3 Saturdays (paid)
• Chasing rent arrears and tenancy renewal
• Managing the maintenance reported
• Vacating handover

The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of Property Manager will have:

• Around the 2 years experience in the same role
• Must have a strong & passionate desire for Property Management
• Excellent customer service and time management skills
• Australian citizen or PR
