Property Manager

Our client is a property company specialising in off-the-plan residential real estate and property management with 12 years history. They are now hiring for a full-time experienced residential property manager.

About the role:

• Manage 60 property portfolios in and around Melbourne
• Build up strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Conduct ingoing, outgoing and periodic inspections
• Organise repairs and maintenance work orders
• Minimise and maintain rental arrears
• Sourcing and developing potential rental property listings

The successful candidate:

• A valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Mandarin speaking is an advantage (most of our current landlords are Chinese)
• Minimum 2 years of property management experiences
• Australian Citizen/PR
