Property Manager

About the role

The role will see the successful candidate be responsible for:

• Landlord and tenant liaison

• Manage property inspections

• Leasing of properties

• Working with landlords to understand their expectations

• Handling maintenance and repair queries

• Attending to VCAT

• Manage a portfoilio of 150 properties

• Able to achieve the KPIs

• Negotiating with landlords & tenants

• Saturday work required for OFIs

Other requirements:

• Current drivers license

• Current agents representative certificate

• Current police check

• Competent computer skills

• Preferably mandarin/Cantonese speaking (not a must)

• Min. 2+ years experience

• Australia PR / Citizen
