About the role

Our client is an agency branched under one of Australia’s biggest development company and can offer the most powerful network exposure and the most extensive support in achieving results. Our client is currently in the development of their new Agency in a populated suburb within the South-Eastern area, finalizing their development in September.

The role will see the successful candidate be responsible for:

• Landlord and tenant liaison
• Manage property inspections
• Leasing of properties
• Working with landlords to understand their expectations
• Handling maintenance and repair queries
• Attending to VCAT
• Set up a new portfolio within the area
• Saturday work required for OFIs

• Current drivers license
• Current agents representative certificate
• Current police check
• Competent computer skills
• Min. 2 years experience
