Working in a tight-knit property management team, this role will see no two days the same. You will learn and grow your Property Manager career with the industry’s best!
Your responsibilities in the role of Property Manager include:
- Manage a tidy portfolio of approximately 200 properties
- Conduct incoming, outgoing and routine inspections
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance
- Arrears management, lease renewals and increases
- Prepare for and attend appraisals to bring in new business
- Convert property management leads from the sales team
- Prepare for and attend Tribunal on behalf of the landlord

The ideal candidate for the role of Property Manager will have:
- Ideally 12 months experience in Real Estate as Property Manager
- Familiar with NCAT
- A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good time management and organisation skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
- Strong attention to detail
- Chinese Speaking prefer
