The role:
- Liaise with tenants and landlords
- Deal with maintenance/repairs queries
- General leasing administration duties
- Routine inspections
- Provide quality, professional service at all times
Skills and experience:
- Agents Representative Certificate
- At least 2 years` previous experience as a Property Manager
- Must have a strong & passionate desire for Property Management
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Excellent customer service and time management skills
- Enthusiastic and energetic with a desire to build a long-term career with us
- Hold a driver’s licence and have a reliable car
