The company is seeking a property manager with experience who will work closely with our BDM/Leasing manager to take on and manage the new properties that they bring into the business. The role requires someone who is confident in picking up the phone and communicating directly with clients.
Day to day duties will include
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Conducting open inspections, and performing incoming, outgoing and periodic inspections
- Marketing rental properties
- Overseeing rental arrears control
- Attending to tribunal applications and hearings
- Liaising on insurance matters
- Performing rental application reviews
- Managing repairs and maintenance of rental properties
- Preparing lease agreements
- Conducting general administrative duties
To be considered, you will need:
- Current Agent’s Representative Certificate
- Victorian Driver’s License and working car
- Excellent communication skills, highly organised & strong attention to detail
- Carry out open for inspections, one in five (or as needed) Saturdays for the Property Management
- Be a team player who enjoys working with a positive attitude
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as Property Manager of Managing a portfolio
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (both written and verbal)
- Be a motivated self-starter
Salary: $50k-$70k plus super plus commission
