Key Responsibilities

• Manage 130 portfolio of residential properties, ensuring high levels of customer service and client satisfaction.
• Oversee all aspects of property management, including leasing, inspections, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to business growth, with opportunities to leverage business development experience if applicable.
• Maintain accurate records, manage compliance, and ensure timely reporting using up-to-date property management systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Property Manager within a real estate agency
• Proven experience as a Property Manager within a real estate environment, with exposure to a wide range of property management challenges.
• Current Agent’s Representative qualification.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Strong computer, organisational, and customer service skills.
• Exceptional communication skills and a professional, friendly, “nothing is too much trouble” attitude.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are highly regarded but not essential.
• A commitment to long-term career growth within property management.
