The incumbent will produce monthly management reports, develop forecasts, analyze variances and will play a pivotal role in supporting the business. The successful applicant will have the following skills:

You will have the ability to analyse financial information and provide strategic support through the provision of advice and effectively use the required tools to track business performance.

findings. Moreover, you will display exceptional interpersonal & Business Partnering skills and will utilise your business acumen to deliver financial information to both financial and operational audiences within the set timeframes.
The primary objective of this role is to ensure effective management reporting needs are satisfied in a professional and diligent manner. The role will work closely with senior management and the other teams to provide accounting services and valued financial analysis to assist with commercial decision making.
Key accountabilities required to achieve the primary objective:


Capabilities and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ commercial experience.
- Tertiary qualified in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration, with previous financial control and management reporting experience
- CPA qualification is a plus
- Experience in the Australian Property industry.
- Knowledge of general accounting principles, budgeting/forecasting and auditing
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
