As they launch into new markets, they’re looking for a strategic, hands-on operator to help us lead early execution, build strong partnerships, and shape our long-term presence — starting with Australia.
About the Role:
This is a founding opportunity to lead both strategy and operations on the ground. You’ll work directly with leadership to bring the prefabricated systems to market, coordinate implementation efforts, and build sustainable structures for long-term success.
You’ll have autonomy, trust, and a seat at the table. Our client is not looking for someone to follow a playbook — they’re looking for someone to help write it.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Drive local execution of HHBT’s international market strategy
• Coordinate early projects, pilot systems, and implementation workflows
• Build strong relationships with builders, consultants, certifiers, and suppliers
• Support compliance, logistics, and local operational setup
• Serve as a bridge between strategic planning and on-the-ground execution
• Lay the foundation for future growth across commercial, operations, and delivery
What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years’ experience in construction, building materials, or related industries
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, systems, or operational build-outs
• Strong communicator, relationship builder, and self-starter
• Experience working in international or cross-functional environments
• Comfortable leading without layers of management
• Mandarin is a plus, but not required
