Project Architect

Requirements:

•  With minimum 5 years local experience
• Experience documenting from town planning through to construction documentation  
• Highly proficient Revit skill is a must
• Good understanding of Building Regulations
• ARBV Registration preferred
• Proven experience performing a Project Architect Role and confidence at all project stages
• On site project delivery experience and ability to liaise with contractors and authorities
• Self-motivated with the ability to lead on a project package and manage a project team
• Australia PR / Citizen
