Job Responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to the Project manager and the development team.
  • Preparation and distribution of documents and reports
  • Assist with monthly progress report
  • Establish, maintain and update all records of correspondence related to project activities
  • Minute taking and distribution of meeting minutes
  • Liaise with internal and external project stakeholders to investigate reconciliation of payments and finance related matters as required.
  • Assist with the effective collection, collation and reporting of Project information according to timeframes and deliverables.
  • Supporting general operation and administration of our businesses
  • Assistance to our Directors and Managers
  • Ensure the office are effectively administered, presented and secured in addition to a smoothly running working environment

  • Appropriate background in a construction or project development industry.
  • High level knowledge office software, Excel, Word, PowerPoint Adobe and etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate and negotiate at entry levels.
  • Excellent people and organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work to tight and competing deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise your tasks while bringing energy and enthusiasm to the office is a must.
