Our client owns multiple offices with a well known Real Estate brand in Sydney, which offers a range of services including residential and commercial Sales, Leasing & Property Management. They are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Help to grow the rental roll
- Manage existing and create new customer relationships and build relationships with existing company contacts, as well as to source prospective clients to maximise revenue opportunities
- Identify key opportunities in the market and proactively engage them to secure new business
- Communicate with customers on a regular basis to develop rapport and to better understand their needs
- Follow up on any rental leads passed through
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in a similar role
- Strong Customer service, communication, negotiation and Sales skills
- Well presented, professional and driven
- Ability to work successfully both in a team and independently
- Valid Driver’s licence and a reliable car
- Real Estate Agent certificate
- Australian PR /Citizen
Salary: $80k - $100k plus super plus commision
