Our client is a well known Real Estate Agency who has built their reputation on the provision of customer service excellence, they are specialist in development, off- the-plan projects and sale of established homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Diary management
  • The coordination and organisation of appointments
  • Assisting and coordinating with, appraisals, marketing appointments, OFI’S, private buyer inspections, auctions etc.
  • Client care and buyer follow up
  • Database entry and management
  • Process and follow-up of buyer enquiries
  • Compliance 
  • Prospecting 
  • Attending sales meetings and training

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Real Estate Sales and or Administration will be highly regarded
  • Well-organised, detail-orientated with the ability to multi-task
  • Great follow-up and forward thinking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work proactively and independently
  • Highly adaptable, resilient and full of initiative and ideas
  • A current driver’s license and own car is essential
  • Agents Representative Certificate is a must
  • Live locally
  • Work with ethics
