ABOUT:

Our client is an ASIC regulated company which operates in the field of forex and financial derivative products.They’re looking for an experienced and responsible operation assistant to join the team. 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Scheduling meetings and conferences
  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments as well as control access to the manager/executive
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Managing databases and filing systems.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
  • Collating and filing expenses.
  • Conducting research on behalf of the director.
  • Additional administrative tasks as required

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in accounting 
  • Experience working within banking operations would be highly advantageous
  • Ideally experience in institutional banking / accounting firms
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Can communicate effectively and professionally
  • Self motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Great English and Chinese speaking and writing skill is a must
  •  Australia PR / Citizen
