Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage sales reports
  • Prepare and manage pre-sales price listing
  • Prepare sales commission form
  • Processing Contract of Sales
  • Assists to liaise with the solicitor for sales matter including contract exchange status, deed of cancellation and notice of rescission.
  • General accounting support including preparing the payment request form
  • General administration and support duties
  • Ad-hoc duties as requested to support sales and accounting team
  • Arrange mail, couriers and deliveries

Skills and experience:

  • Passion for sales admin support and administration.
  • A general understanding of real estate
  • Energy and a sense of urgency
  • Be able to provide and obtain timely information as needed
  • Time management skills
  • Proven intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office
  • Confidence with spreadsheets – ability to quickly digest number and process information
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both Chinese and English)
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High organisation skills
  • Preferable knowledge of MYOB
  • Have transport
Salary: $40k - $50k plus super
