Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage sales reports
- Prepare and manage pre-sales price listing
- Prepare sales commission form
- Processing Contract of Sales
- Assists to liaise with the solicitor for sales matter including contract exchange status, deed of cancellation and notice of rescission.
- General accounting support including preparing the payment request form
- General administration and support duties
- Ad-hoc duties as requested to support sales and accounting team
- Arrange mail, couriers and deliveries
Skills and experience:
- Passion for sales admin support and administration.
- A general understanding of real estate
- Energy and a sense of urgency
- Be able to provide and obtain timely information as needed
- Time management skills
- Proven intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office
- Confidence with spreadsheets – ability to quickly digest number and process information
- Strong numerical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both Chinese and English)
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a team
- Strong attention to detail
- High organisation skills
- Preferable knowledge of MYOB
- Have transport
