Our client is a Melbourne-based vending machine national-wised sales and service company. They are now looking for an Office Administrator to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Answering customer inquiries about the products and providing product information
- Sending product quotations and logistics quotations to customers according to their needs
- Responsible for issuing invoices and arranging logistics for all the orders.
- Communicate with domestic suppliers to coordinate the orders, delivery and tracking of sea freight
- Other ad-hoc admin duties
Requirements:
- Has at least 1 year of related working experience
- Great English communication skill is required
- Strong customer service experience is will be highly regarded
- Proficient in the use of Office tools
- Experience using Xero is preferred
- Has a valid VIC driver’s license
- Work conscientiously and responsibly
- A great team player
- Australia PR/Citizen is preferred but not essential.
Salary: $55K-$65K plus super
