Our client is a Melbourne-based vending machine national-wised sales and service company. They are now looking for an Office Administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Answering customer inquiries about the products and providing product information
  • Sending product quotations and logistics quotations to customers according to their needs
  • Responsible for issuing invoices and arranging logistics for all the orders.
  • Communicate with domestic suppliers to coordinate the orders, delivery and tracking of sea freight
  • Other ad-hoc admin duties

Requirements:

  • Has at least 1 year of related working experience
  • Great English communication skill is required
  • Strong customer service experience is  will be highly regarded
  • Proficient in the use of Office tools
  • Experience using Xero is preferred
  • Has a valid VIC driver’s license
  • Work conscientiously and responsibly
  • A great team player
  • Australia PR/Citizen is preferred but not essential.
Salary: $55K-$65K plus super
