Our client is a premium projects developer located in the inner city area, they are looking for an Office Administration Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Organise the meeting schedules
- In charge of the meeting minutes taking
- In charge of the office maintenance
- Organise the general office documentation
- Collaborating with external and internal authorities, such as selling agents and marketing agents, etc
- Manage company’s social media accounts
- Ad-hoc finance duties may required
Requirements:
- Have at least 6 months of Administrative-related work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Have advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and computer planning skills to manage multiple priorities
- Have valid working rights in Australia
Salary: $45k-$60k Plus Super
