Our client is Australasia’s leading real estate brand. They deliver quality and personalised services to the client and are passionate about providing an unrivalled real estate journey. They are now looking for an Office Admin to join the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and executing lease agreements
  • Entering Bond details onto the RBO platform
  • Inducting new tenants through lease signing
  • Preparing and executing lease renewal paperwork
  • Entering property, ownership, and tenancy details onto Property Tree
  • Assisting reception in entering council, water and strata rates into Property Tree
  • Preparing digital and physical files for property, landlord and tenancy
  • Assisting the PM team with filing when necessary
  • Assisting reception on day-to-day tasks when necessary
  • Proficient Computer Skills especially Gmail, Word, and Pdf
  • Immaculate Presentation and Excellent Communication Skills
  • The Ability to Prioritise and Multi-Task as required

Requirements:

  • Current Certificate of Registration or Licence holder
  • Driver’s Licence (Driving is not necessary as will be in the office most of the time)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 6 months to 1 year + experience in admin real estate is highly desirable
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Immaculate presentation and a “can do” attitude

Salary: $65k-$75k including super
