Our client is a well-known Financial group and expanding their business in all the major cities of Australia. They are now looking for an Office Admin to join the team.

Responsibilities :

  • Data entry and management
  • Update and maintain records of clients
  • Respond to client queries
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings 
  • Update records of office expenses and costs 
  • Support Sales and other departments
  • General administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers) 
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise 
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to details 
  • Great Chinese and English communication skills
  • Full working rights in Australia
Salary: $50k-$60k Plus Super
