Our client is a well-known Financial group and expanding their business in all the major cities of Australia. They are now looking for an Office Admin to join the team.
Responsibilities :
- Data entry and management
- Update and maintain records of clients
- Respond to client queries
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Update records of office expenses and costs
- Support Sales and other departments
- General administrative duties
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills
- Strong attention to details
- Great Chinese and English communication skills
- Full working rights in Australia
Salary: $50k-$60k Plus Super
