Mortgage Broker

Our client is a professional mortgage brokering group, they are now looking for a Mortgage Broker to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Field pre-qualified customer appointments provided to you by our in-house Associates Team
• Provide customers with lending solutions and provide updates throughout the home loan application process
• Liaise with our in-house Client Solutions team who will support with loan processing and prepare your deals for lodgement
• Build referral networks for your business
• Admin support and company leads support provided

Requirements:

• Has Mortgage broking experience or business banking or mobile lending related experience
• Demonstrated experience in residential and investment lending.
• Have a sound knowledge of bank policies and procedures relating to risk, compliance and security.
• Ability to execute on strategy and targets.
• Be proficient in dealing with third parties including valuers, solicitors, banks and other service providers
• Ability to build relationships with referral partners
• Demonstrate a genuine desire to assist clients and build relationships for the long term.
• Absolute client-focus is an essential part of this role.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• High focus on attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
