MAIN DUTIES:
This role will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing activities to assist with increasing brand awareness, bringing new business opportunities and engaging with the community to promote positive relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement a yearly marketing calendar for marketing activities and promotional events, this will include:
- Monitor the market trend and analyse competitors’ activities to work out marketing strategies that will differentiate the brand from others;
- Management of marketing and advertising budget and allocate funds wisely;
- Content management including design of brochures and schedule of marketing events;
- Coordinate with different press media to release corporate news;
- Actively take part in real estate awards or other major business awards to promote the brand
- Have a clear schedule for all major awards within real estate industry or other related industries;
- Keep a positive relationship with the Awards organisations and familiar with the process;
- Rolling out a plan to meet the deadline for submission;
- Ensure to present a positive company image to impress the awards judges;
- Management of official websites
- Coordinate with the web developers to ensure the websites are working effectively;
- Ensure the content of the websites are correct and up to date;
- Ensure proper words are used in the content to increase SEO rank;
- Management of Google Business Manager;
- Management of corporate image
- Ensure the company branding is executed in unified format in accordance with the brand manual;
- Oversea and approve the design and update e-brochure or print products such as corporate profile regularly;
- Coordinate with creating staff portrait including photo and bio writing for new or current employees;
- Assist with video production for company profile or team promotion;
- Review and update brand manual when there is a need;
- Engagement with local community
- Identify opportunities to engage in local community activities and events
- Keep a long term and positive partner relationship
- Coordinate with sponsorship and marketing events
- Management of social media platform
- Ensure the business pages across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn work effectively
- Keep an active update of company news, positive reviews, sales & rental activities, introducing of new employees and other related content to present a positive and encouraging company image to the public
- Management of advertising budget including monitor the results and make adjustment strategically to maximise the results
- Response to client’s feedback promptly
- Management of WeChat public accounts and Mailchimp accounts
- Set up guidance for publications format to ensure unified company image
- Schedule monthly plan for publications and executed
- Guide and coordinate with the copy writer to ensure the monthly plan is implemented
- Positively promote company’s marketing campaign and services to generate new business
- Assist with acquisition process to ensure a smooth transition
- Attend auction day for photography
- Coordinate with HR department for team building events
- Other ad hoc tasks
KEY CRITERIA
- Advanced degree in Marketing and/or Real Estate/Sales
- Minimum of 3 years of agency or in-house marketing, communications and PR experience or real estate sales background
- Extensive and growing knowledge of the real estate market and competitive landscape
- Exceptional command of English and Chinese (verbal and written)
- Confident communicator with strong analytical and project/budget management skills
- Advanced computer literacy, including a strong proficiency of Microsoft Office, and knowledge of branding and design principles
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic, high-performing team, and adapt well under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong social media skills, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc., as well as website design and ability to write web content
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to communicate and converse with specific target audiences
- Capability of working independently, taking initiative, and being part of a team working collaboratively
- Adherence to company safety standards and policies
Salary: $60k-$70k plus super
