Our client is a reputable property developer who are continuing to experience growth across their Australian business. They’re seeking a Marketing Manager to support the brand, sales and new development projects.

Job description

  • Developing the marketing strategy with a focus on areas for further growth and innovation, while still aligning with company objectives.
  • Overseeing all collateral, PR, press, outdoor, media and digital marketing channels
  • Manage web presence including SEO, design & content strategies, including management of the CMS and hosting infrastructure
  • Utilise customer data and conduct market research for optimising marketing campaigns
  • Monitoring and reporting on effectiveness of marketing communications and management of the marketing budget
  • Ensuring legislative, privacy and business compliance across all activity
  • Provide team leadership, performance management and professional development of all direct reports

Skills and experience

  • 3-5 years of combined experience or knowledge in marketing, real estate industry and branding
  • Prefer property developer / construction background
  • Abundant experience branding, digital and analytics
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, or proper software’ experience
  • Excellent understanding of creative process’ and design execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Native English speaker is preferred
