Job description
- Developing the marketing strategy with a focus on areas for further growth and innovation, while still aligning with company objectives.
- Overseeing all collateral, PR, press, outdoor, media and digital marketing channels
- Manage web presence including SEO, design & content strategies, including management of the CMS and hosting infrastructure
- Utilise customer data and conduct market research for optimising marketing campaigns
- Monitoring and reporting on effectiveness of marketing communications and management of the marketing budget
- Ensuring legislative, privacy and business compliance across all activity
- Provide team leadership, performance management and professional development of all direct reports
Skills and experience
- 3-5 years of combined experience or knowledge in marketing, real estate industry and branding
- Prefer property developer / construction background
- Abundant experience branding, digital and analytics
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, or proper software’ experience
- Excellent understanding of creative process’ and design execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Native English speaker is preferred
