Marketing Manager

One of Melbourne’s leading real estate company is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join their supportive and close-knit team.

Responsibilities:

• Working and planning with Directors (both sales and property management divisions) and key persons to provide innovative marketing strategies to enhance the branding/value and make it well known in Melbourne.
• Developing, implementing, constantly monitoring and adjusting (if required) a comprehensive marketing strategy in line with company objectives.
• Proposing new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process.
• Coordinating arrangements for all promotional events and meetings.
• Serving as liaison with vendors on event-related matters.
• Preparing budgets and providing periodic progress reports to Director for each event project.
• Working cohesively with directors to be able to plan, produce and deliver marketing and communications materials.
• Preparing written materials including some marketing copies, business communications, reports, and presentation scripts.
• Be responsible for proofreading and ensuring accuracy in information.
• Maintaining and updating websites and other social medias platforms for the company as well as key persons.
• General administrative duties as required.
• Other general duties as determined by Directors.
