Our client is an emerging brand of delicately crafted jewellery and handbags. They are now looking for a Marketing Manager to join their central office team and play a pivotal role in driving our marketing initiatives to new heights.
Responsibilities:
- Crafting and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Creating and managing a well-structured campaign calendar.
- Developing marketing plans encompassing social media, digital, and content delivery aligned with our brand strategy.
- Collaborating with internal teams to gather insights and market activity to fuel revenue and brand growth.
- Tracking and reporting on campaign success, with a keen eye for areas of improvement.
- Managing influencer partnerships and PR activities to expand our reach.
- Designing both above and below the line communication and advertising plans.
- Overseeing projects, budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
- Actively seeking and managing sponsorship opportunities and relationships.
- Coordinating with relevant third parties to execute marketing initiatives.
Requirements:

- A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing and communications.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion retail industry.

- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media channels, and analytics tools.
- Project management skills for overseeing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Salary: $75k - $95k plus super
