In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind campaigns that engage, inspire, and deliver results.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that connect with the audience and drive growth.
- Manage CRM systems and lead nurturing programs to keep the database engaged.
- Coordinate SEO efforts and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create compelling content for social media, eDMs, and websites.
- Support the delivery of marketing collateral, tenders, presentations, and submissions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership to elevate our brand presence.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven marketing experience (property industry experience is a plus).
- Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or related discipline.
Your Skills:
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and digital marketing tools.
- Capable of executing basic graphic design tasks (flyers, digital assets, internal communications).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, for high-quality marketing materials and presentations.
- Proven experience managing social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), including strategy, content creation, and performance tracking.
- Experienced with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or ActivePipe), including campaign design, database management, and performance reporting.
Salary: $80k-100k Plus Super
