Our client is a well-known Real Estate Agency in Sydney that specialised in Residential and Commercial property transactions and management. They are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their young and dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding customer needs and being able to meet those expectations through marketing activities and materials to enhance customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in digital marketing, and managing social media accounts to boost our online presence
- Good project management abilities to assist with marketing campaigns and events
- Ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and have a basic understanding of design to create appealing marketing materials.
- Coordinating photography and videography for property listings
- Collaborating with the sales and admin teams to support their marketing needs
- Assisting to analyze market trends and data, conduct competitor analysis, and adjust marketing strategies based on the analysis
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with sales teams, management, and external partners to drive successful marketing campaigns
- Ability to manage time and work priorities effectively to ensure tasks are completed on time and maintain high efficiency
Requirements:
- Proactive mindset, great organisational abilities, excellent communication skills and a flair for writing press releases, working with social media and editing internal documents.
- At least 2 years of marketing experience
- Bilingual in Chinese and English with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in the real estate industry and a certificate if registration is preferred.
- Self-motivated and driven, able to work unsupervised/independently.
- Organised, able to prioritise and possess time management skills.
- Proficient computer skills (word, excel, PS, AI)
Salary: $70k - $80k plus super
