Our client is an emerging brand of delicately crafted jewellery and handbags. They are now looking for a Marketing Manager to join their central office team and play a pivotal role in driving our marketing initiatives to new heights.

Responsibilities:

  • Crafting and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Creating and managing a well-structured campaign calendar.
  • Developing marketing plans encompassing social media, digital, and content delivery aligned with our brand strategy.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to gather insights and market activity to fuel revenue and brand growth.
  • Tracking and reporting on campaign success, with a keen eye for areas of improvement.
  • Managing influencer partnerships and PR activities to expand our reach.
  • Designing both above and below the line communication and advertising plans.
  • Overseeing projects, budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Actively seeking and managing sponsorship opportunities and relationships.
  • Coordinating with relevant third parties to execute marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing and communications.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge and experience across traditional trade marketing and digital platforms.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media channels, and analytics tools.
  • Project management skills for overseeing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Salary: $55K-$65K plus super
