Marketing Coordinator

A market-leading Real Estate Group in Melbourne is looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• You will take key ownership of internal processes, ensuring the team are meeting their KPI’s, and assist with team training and development.
• Evaluating and optimising marketing and pricing strategies.
• Generating new business leads.
• Increasing brand awareness and market share.
• Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.
• Developing and managing the marketing department’s budget.
• Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
• Promoting our brand at major industry-related events.
• Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
• Manage company websites and other online social marketing portals (such as facebook, instagram, LinkedIn, Google business and etc) 
• Create effective content across digital and traditional channels.
• Creation of content for campaign landing pages, ensuring integrations with various CRM platforms is in working order
• Assist in co-ordinating third party suppliers to deliver high quality photography, videography and marketing materials
• Assist the team to launch and market project strategy for B2B projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.
• A master’s degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
• Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software.
• Ability to use Photoshop, indesign, illustrator and similar software
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Proven ability to implement and drive projects / changes through to successful completion within a department.
• Ability to work autonomously and achieve deadlines
• Effective relationship management and communication ability, including strong leadership, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
