Renowned real estate company is looking for an experienced Marketing Assistant to join their team.
Some of your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Provide support and assistance in planning, producing, and delivering marketing and communications materials
- Prepare written materials including some marketing copy, business communications, reports, and presentation scripts
- Maintain websites and look at data analytics
- Manage campaigns on social media
- Coordinate arrangements for all events and meetings
- Prepare budgets and provide periodic progress reports to Manager for each event project
- Propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process
- Liaising with the Sales & Rental Departments
- Creating sales documentations and reviewing sales contracts
- Maintaining office files, including contracts, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations
- Database/CRM management
- Other general duties as determined by Director
To be successful you will have:
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English and Mandarin)
- Highly organized, planner and problem solver
- Ability to produce high quality work with meticulous attention to detail
- High levels of computer literacy
- 1-2 years previous experience in marketing administration is preferential
- Australian Citizen/PR
Salary: $45k-$58k includes super
