Our client is a well known Real Estate company which specialised in Project Sales, Construction and Property Management.
Some of your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Research and create online marketing content towards social media(Little Red Book, WeChat Channels, YouTube, etc.)
- Maintain social media accounts and official website on daily basis
- Provide social media report by collecting, analysing, and summarizing weekly data
- Design online and offline marketing materials (web pages, social media pages, brochures, flyers, etc.)
- On-site photographer for picture shooting, video recording and post-editing
- Manage and maintain EDM platform and compose email content weekly
- Propose new ideas to improve the marketing planning and implementation process
- Prepare written materials including some marketing copy, business communications, reports, and presentation scripts
- General administrative duties as required
- Other general duties as determined by Director
To be successful you will have:
- Proficient in Microsoft Software
- Excellent in design software (InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, etc.)
- Experienced in social media platforms and content requirements
- Familiar with short video production and editing software
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English and Mandarin)
- Highly organized, planner and problem solver
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- 1-2 years previous experience in marketing administration is preferential
- Australian Citizen/PR
Salary: $50k-$55k Plus Super
