Head of Leasing

Our client is a private owned large development company which located in the preimum suburb in Melbourne. They are looking for a well-organised Leasing Executive to support the business in all leasing matters which includes but not limited to new project leasing and existing vacancies. The current portfolio and development pipeline consists of asset classes in Retail, Commercial, Hospitality and Medical.

Key accountabilities required to achieve the primary objective – and indicate the relevant performance measure(s) for each area:

Capabilities and Experience: 

• Proven track records in commercial and retail leasing
• Fluency in English and Mandarin preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and good attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and follow through to completion
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with proven ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues
• Working knowledge of Commercial leasing requirements.
• Holder of a Real Estate Agents Representative Certificate 
• Previous experience working in either a Real Estate Agency or Corporate Property division.

• Ability to work at times within a demanding and changing environment
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgement
