Leasing Consultant

Job Duties:

• Scheduling and completing routine inspections, final inspections & property condition reports
• Handling and addressing rental enquiries
• Conducting opens for inspection for vacant properties
• Processing applications and signing up tenants
• Generating the leasing review reports for the team every week
• Taking marketing photos (not professional)

Requirements:

• Be proactive, orgnised and structured with good ethics
• Be a goal setter and self-motivated with the ability to multi-task
• Have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team
• Min 12 months experience in a leasing consultant role in real estate
• Valid agent’s representative certificate
• Valid driver license & car
• Fluent English & Mandarin speaking preferred
• 5 days a week,  Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri, Sat
