Our client have opened a rare opportunity for a motivated Leasing Agent to join their team at their head office.

Responsibilities

  1. Leasing
    A list of the areas of focus for this position includes:
    Advertise properties
    – Organising photos and board
    – Attending to photoshoots
    – Writing ads
    – Inspect Real Estate on the market checklist
    – Book inspections, serve notice to enter, etc
    Running inspections
    – Feedback to owners through IRE and via phone call after every inspection
    – Send OFI list to the team
    – Complete re-listing advertising checklist as first inspections
    Processing applications
    – Current and previous rental history, current employment
    – National Tenancy Database checks once the application accepted
    Entering into Database
    – Entering tenants into Property Me
    – Print move in pack and checklist
    – Prepare lease agreement
    – Prepare bond lodgments SIGN UP
    – Send acceptance email to tenant with BPAY details.
    – Complete paperwork with the tenant
    – Send bond cheque and bond lodgment to RTBA
    – Email or mail lease agreement to the landlord to sign
    Calendar
    – Enter move-in date and condition report return date and CC pm for them to follow up
    – Enter board removal 1-week post tenant move-in
    General
    – All emails must be responded to before you go home, any overnight or weekend emails must be responded to prior to 12 pm the first business day following
    – Out of office replies for weekends and after-hours must be used
    – Assisting the Property Management team where the need or where able
    – Covering reception duties when the receptionist is absent from the desk
    – All unanswered phone calls must be returned the same business day
    – Reporting to BDM, Ops Manager, and any team leaders

2. Accurate word processing, reporting, and data entry

4. Ensure all internal and client inquiries of an administrative nature are
dealt with as soon as possible
5. Maintain up-to-date records and contacts with past clients
6. Implement systems, procedures, and superior structure
7. The operation of the overall department, systems, procedures, and protocols
running at an optimal level continuously
8. Can-do attitude
9. Keeping the team engaged and happy. Ensuring a fair and fun, yet
professional management style to ensure low staff turnover
10. Ensuring no unprofessional behaviors or culturally unfit attitudes are
present within the team

Requirements:
• Agents Representative Certificate held
• Chinese speaking skill is preferred
• Valid Drivers License
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
• Intermediate skills in Excel. Knowledge, Skills & Experience
• Committed to providing outstanding service to all clientele
• High-level organization and time management skills
• Professional, conscientious, diligent, and fun
• Exceptional prioritizing and organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time well

Salary: $60k-$70k package plus commission
