Leasing Agent

Our client is a well known real estate agency that provides a diverse, supportive, fast-paced, and unique environment. From purchase through to settlement, whether leasing or selling, they provide a collaborative and comprehensive solution to meet the needs of all their clients. They are currently seeking a motivated Leasing Agent to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Lease Residential Properties: Manage the leasing of both new and existing homes and apartments, contributing to the growth of their property portfolio.
• Conduct Open for Inspections: Travel to and conduct open home viewings in multiple core areas, showcasing their exclusive properties to potential clients.
• Entry Inspections: Share responsibilities for conducting entry inspections, ensuring a smooth transition for renters.
• Application Processing: Efficiently process and approve lease applications, keeping the leasing process running smoothly.
• Exceptional Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with renters and clients.

Requirements:

• Agents Representative Certificate
• Minimum 6 months of leasing experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Work as part of a team and in full cooperation with colleagues
