A boutique property developer is looking for a motivated Junior Property Manager to join their team.
Job tasks and responsibilities:
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Undertake Routine Inspections
- Performing rental application reviews
- Managing repairs and maintenance
- Conduct Lease & Rent reviews
- Prepare Lease Contracts and Condition Reports
- Potential tenant reference checking
- Prepare lease and renewal documentation
- Conducting general administrative duties
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Property Manager will have:
- Agents Representative Certificate
- Minimum 1 year of experiences of Property Management
- Must have a strong & passionate desire for Property Management
- Excellent customer service and time management skills
- Hold a driver’s licence and have a reliable car
- Speak fluent English and Mandarin
- Australian citizen or PR
Salary: $48k - $55k plus super
