Senior Property Manager

Our client is the NUMBER ONE Real Estate Agency in the southeastern area of Melbourne, they have fantastic market share in the area. Due to expanding the team, they are seeking an experienced Junior Property Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Property Manager works to landlords and tenants under Property Manager’s instructions
• Flexible working arrangements, all-rounder to the team
• Documents preparation and data entry work on request
• New leads generation support on listings and landlord on boarding process
• Performing rental application reviews
• Managing repairs and maintenance
• Conduct Lease & Rent reviews
• Potential tenants reference checking
• No weekend open for inspections
• Provide Learning and development environment
• Internal growth pathways
• Focus on wellbeing and retention of all agents

Requirements:

• Self-motivated
• Exemplary written, verbal and organisational competencies
• Impeccable presentation and an eloquent phone manner
• Well organised with the ability to work well under pressure
• Chinese speaking skill and customer services background is preferred
• Real Estate work experience is preferred
• A current driver’s licence are essential.
• Agent Representative Certificate is a must
