Inventory Officer/Inventory Clerk

An emerging brand is looking for an attention to details number savvy individual who will be a crucial part of a growing fashion accessory company. This is a key role that will see you taking control over the inventory to ensure that everything is running smoothly, and stock levels are accurate.

Main duties include but are not limited to:

• Stock records keeping for products, supplies, etc
• Tracking incoming and outgoing products and supplies
• Physical stock management including stocktake and stock organisation
• Dispatching orders
• Working with the finance team to update stock records
• Assist sales team with stock information including quantity, product descriptions, etc
• Developing inventory management procedures
• Investigate any discrepancies to ensure inventory numbers are correct
• Liaising with team members at different locations

Requirements:

• Completion of VCE or tertiary studies
• Valid driver liscense and working car
• Confident and good with numbers
• High attention to detail
• Chinese speaking skill is required
• Excellent math and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong excel skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and a fast learner
