Our Client is a National market leading Real Estate service company, from purchase through to settlement, whether leasing or selling, the company allows a collaborative and comprehensive solution to give all their clients. They are now looking for a Hybrid Property Manager to join their professional, proactive and excellence team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of 40 properties, ensuring exceptional service to tenants and property owners.
  • Handle all aspects of property management including inspections, maintenance coordination, and tenant inquiries.
  • Execute leasing activities to secure high-quality tenants and minimise vacancy periods.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new business and expand the portfolio in north and north west of Melbourne.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, potential investors, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio performance and new business development efforts.
  • Work one day a week with the team at our CBD based office, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property management, leasing, and business development.
  • Understanding of the Real Estate market in north and north west of Melbourne.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Valid Real Estate license and driver’s license.
  • Proximity to north and north west of Melbourne is essential for on-site responsibilities.

Salary: $75k -$80k package plus commission
